If i'm not too late, then it looks to me like it's some bike's engine. I see the foot rest, or perhaps the side stand, and the front wheel axle . But I don't see any tyres.. is it still being built??

it's a musical instrument .. too big for a flute though but i think it's a trumpet or .. a saxophone (in those lines)
